This practice videotape includes three full-color demonstrations of recognized benchmarks for speed rating. Each exercise is preceded by two full cycles done at normal speed (100% performance). Following the 100% scenes, ten additional scenes are shown in each demonstration. Overall range of performance for all exercises is from 65 to 130%.
The video is accompanied by a performance rating analysis form. This self-explanatory form allows statistical analysis of student proficiency in performance rating.
